I am Arthur Madden, based in Calgary. Over more than forty years I have worked in mining, oil and gas, technology and manufacturing, with public and private companies in Canada and internationally.
I was founder and CFO of Cavell Energy from day one through its IPO and sale to Paramount Energy Trust, and a founder, director and CFO of Adamant. I spent six years as VP Finance and CFO of Crown Point, with operations in Argentina, and eleven years on Painted Pony’s board, nine as Audit and Risk Committee chair. Those roles included building businesses and staying through very difficult circumstances.
