Fire retardant is suggested as a first line of defence for small to medium fires is your water sprinkler system and extinguishers. The second line of defence is the high-risk fire zone. The high-risk fire zone has a backup holding tank with a bypass that is easily accessible manually or electronically. Once the valve is opened it allows the holding tank to now function as a vacuum tank which draws the Flame-Resistant Coating into the main sprinkler system increasing coated areas resistance to fire.
